Timespot ("We", "us", or "our") welcomes you. We provide you access to our tools and services (our "Services") through our web application located at timespot.timespotonline.com. By browsing the general areas of the Site or by accessing and using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy ("Policy"), which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this "Agreement"). Collection of personal information

The type of information we collect will depend upon the services you use, how you can use them and what you choose to provide. We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you log in to the Primary account, fill any online forms on the site.

It is required to get registered with Timespot in order to use the application. Timespot will invite a user by email and add basic details by the authorized admin and then the new user will be able to log into the application. Registered Users can do all the activities that are enabled to his/her user role and the common activities such as; (i) applying leave; (ii) check attendance, (iii) check leave inventory etc. Timespot is under no obligation to accept any individual as a Registered User and may accept or reject any registration in its sole and complete discretion. In addition, Timespot may deactivate any account at any time, including, without limitation, if it determines that a Registered User has violated this Agreement. A Registered User may be either a Super HOD (Head of Department), HOD (Head of Department) or a Normal User.

Collection of non-personal information

Timespot is storing its data in its own database and hosted in Kubernetes. Also it uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for secure information transfer and Google domains help for user login information. When you log into the application Google domain admin record information that your browser sends. This data may include information such as your device's IP address, browser type and version, access times and dates, and other statistics.

Managing personal information

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. The information you can view may change as the Website or Services change. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.

Use of collected information

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to improve our Website; improve customer service and respond to queries and emails of our customers; send notification emails to run and operate our Website and Services. Non-Personal Information collected is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding Website usage. Privacy of children

We offer Timespot to the corporate accounts. In such cases, we do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 18. Since we collect company domain users, whoever the users in the corporate accounts will be considered as users by Timespot.

Information security

We secure information you provide using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certification with Google Domain which is a secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure of Personal Information in its control and custody. However, no data transmission over the Internet or wireless network can be guaranteed. Therefore, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge that (i) there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (ii) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and our Website cannot be guaranteed; and (iii) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third-party, despite best efforts.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy relating to the Web Application or Services at any time, We may change this privacy policy from time to time. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and by sending you an email notification. Location Information

When you use our services, with your permission, we may collect information about your location when you are using your mobile devices. We collect information about your longitude and latitudes through various means, depending on the services and devices you’re using, including GPS or Wi-Fi Connections. The collection of your geolocation may occur in the background unless you decline permission for us to collect your geolocation. Collected location details such as daily attendance details, jobs completed within a day will be used for analytical and decision making purposes
